I know the beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't go there but had services to another beach which was awesome. And everything was amazing, from the staff to the hotel. Definitely will be back!

I liked the hotel a lot, spacious oceanfront room and housekeeping was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good at restaurants. Pool need some music, that’s what I’m used to, but overall nice pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have been to the crane about 5 times and everytime I visit I fall deeper in love with this resort. It’s clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that there’s always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back the food, pools and beach are all 10 out of 10.

The resort is gorgeous. The rooms are big and have nice tubs. Beautiful views from the room, Daily housekeeping. The staff is friendly and helpful with needs of guest. Beautiful pools. They do have activities at the hotel. I like that they have plenty of vegetarian restaurants at hotel. Zen restaurant was my favorite for the view and delicious food for everyone Thank you for a wonderful stay I definitely will return to the hotel. It feels like home.

Unfortunately the beach overrun by seaweed put a damper on the accessibility to beach fun...the complimentary shuttle takes u to the beautiful Harborlight beach which is 40 minutes away...not ideal for our 5 day stay... !

We had a wonderful stay overall at the crane. The grounds are mature and lush, the staff is friendly and helpful, the varied dining options were great, the pools and activities were great fun. We loved the village feel and the room we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped. The only points for improvement would be 1) it was tough to get a great coffee (both in room and at the various restaurants), and 2) there needs to be more amenities for teens. Recently a room with one pool table was added, which was nice, but they could definitely do with a larger and better equipped space for teens to hang out (e.g. mini arcade, foosball, etc). Unfortunately, sargassum has taken over the beach but that didn’t hamper our stay because the view of the ocean was still nice and the pools were lovely.
