it's my fantastic stay in. It's close to plays Time Square walking distance to St. Patrick

excellent staff all around, front desk was very helpful as well as bellhops and room service. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel location was perfect! We could not have asked for better! The hotel was clean & the staff in the evening at check in & in the morning at check out were friendly & helpful! Breakfast was busy but the staff was zipping right through it & we were in quickly! They offer a system to check your bag with them after checking out so you can still do some exploring without dragging your luggage around which was super helpful!! We definitely plan to stay here next time we are in the city!!

Mediocre experience. Not bad per se, but not great either. I already knew the restaurant was under construction which is fine but the overall vibes I got when entering were very Reno Hotel/very mid Vegas vibes. Again not the worst and its okay if you know you aren't going to be in the room much and just need a clean place to sleep. My biggest issue was that the parking garage is NOT directly across the street as I was told before booking. If you require that your car be closeby like I did for this trip, note that you may need to seek an available garage many blocks away. If I had known it was not conveniently across the street like I had asked prior to booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. So while not the worst spot, I do not appreciate being lied to. Aside from that, the staff upon entry were nice and the neighborhood is one of my favorites in NYC!
