The staff were kind, courteous, accommodating and efficient, The common spaces are beautifully appointed and conducive to working or socializing. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciate the care and attention of the people who cleaned the room. The people who work the hardest, are often the people we don't see, I'm very appreciative.
