“Clean room, quiet stay. Plenty of parking and excellent shower”

“Lovely rooms. Gorgeous garden. Such an authentic experience staying above a pub. We felt part of the village by the end of our stay! Sam and her husband were incredible hosts and his food was exceptionally good! We’d go out of our way to stay here again.”

Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. “Great location for peace and quiet and walking into and around abingdon. Rooms basic but nice, mattresses could be more comfortable but were acceptable and the breakfast great and plentiful. My second and definitely not last visit.”

“Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe . The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location.”

“Property is off the beaten path. Very quiet. Rooms are clean and modernized. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Property is beside open fields and trails. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Easy access to the pub and the restaurant. Breakfast included lots of options and was ample. A great overall experience.”
