A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. “Good location, quiet and ideal for a base for Birmingham. Good restaurant and bar, with a nice room. Our stay coincided with a heatwave and unfortunately a lack of aircon in the room but would only be a downside because of extreme heat that week.”
