“Nice room, with excellent bathroom. The outside needs tidying up and some painting, so we were initially concerned when we arrived, but the rooms were fine. Nice quiet location too. The cafe is shut due to staff illness, looks like has been for a while but the Two Flags cafe a mile down the road is excellent for all day breakfasts, especially if you like motorbikes.”

“The room itself was decent and had everything I needed, but the atmosphere felt off, a faint stale smell, like it hadn’t been opened up for a while. The real shocker, though, was the enormous mural of a man’s face directly opposite the bed. It’s so big that when I woke up in the middle of the night, I genuinely jumped. It felt uncomfortable having it stare right at me. Other details like the amenities and Wi‑Fi were fine, but that mural definitely stole the show for all the wrong reasons.”

“Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”

“Apartment was perfect. A great place to just chill as you have everything you need. Within walking distance of the town centre too. Very comfortable nights sleep too.”

“Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”
