“It’s the first room I’ve stayed in apart from an Airbnb where the room was not made up, pillows on the floor remained on the floor as did blankets etc. they said they were not allowed to touch anything that had an item of someone’s personal property on it, but they could have folded and tidied things, they left clean towels on the unmade beds. Absolute shocker really, not Airbnb prices either. Cot for child is small than usual size travel cots. Room was next to car park with noisy gravel no room...
