I had just come out of hospital after a knee replacement. Had a few issues getting up and down stairs. Booked in here as local to me. First few nights disabled room was available. Very large room including a settee. Bathroom really good for easy access. Next 3 nights in a standard room. Obviously not a large as the other but everything you'd need . I had the continental breakfast which is included in the price. As I couldn't carry any food or drink because of using crutches the fantastic staff asked what I'd like and brought it. Each day went for breakfast they knew what I want and brought by the time I'd sat down . Id like to say a very big thankyou for Merlin mainly for looking after me but Jenny as well. The staff throughout couldn't have been more helpful. I've never stayed at a Holiday Inn before. The next time im travelling ill look out for one instead of the usual Premier and travelodge. Thanks for making my stay easier

The staff was very friendly and when there was an issue with the sink in the bathroom, they promptly took care of it and gave us vouchers for the bar. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was amazing!

Beds very comfortable and a good shower. Only concerns were the air conditioning units outside were noisy during the night and the kettle needed replacing as the cord was frayed. Also the company associated with the hotel concerning breakfast need to make sure the food on the buffet is hot, a cold cooked breakfast was unpleasant. Thank you
