We stayed at Pirates Inn recently, July 2026 this was our fourth time. I also stayed as a solo guest. What I liked about Pirates Inn, it’s a great place, intimate, not crowded, very safe has security at night. It’s off the main road, but very close to all amenities. Local supermarkets and eateries within walking distance.
Our studio with balcony was located on the first floor, there’s no lift, with a huge bed which was comfortable, pillows were too soft for me, that’s my preference but comfortable. En suite bathroom was spacious, lots of space in the walk in wardrobe area. There’s a safe, iron and ironing board.
There’s a small kitchenette with everything you need. There’s a non electric kettle which I really liked, it doesn’t take long to boil. Some people complained that it wasn’t an electric kettle, it works perfectly. They also provided washing up liquid which is a plus.
Rooms are cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The shower was amazing. Staff members were friendly and interacted with the guests. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Koby was so nice and helpful and very professional.
The older lady who cleaned our room was also nice unfortunately I forgot her name.
There is room for improvement to some aspects of the bathroom.
I have already seen the hard work that has gone into the property since I was there last especially the front of the building. The breakfast was delicious. We
would stay here again and also as a solo female.

The bed was old and lumpy. There were limited food options. My AC broke on the second day. The staff were helpful.

The hotel service was excellent and the rooms were cleaned regularly. There are a handful of restaurants at the resort to suit most persons taste

Very cool property with peacocks! Rooms were disconnected from each other which gave a condo-like feel. Very quiet while I was there. Staff were great and helpful in coordinating transportation and giving recommendations for what to do during my stay.

I give it 5 stars. Always some room for improvement. Most of the staff were amazing. There were a couple that didn't seem to be very nice or didn't enjoy their job, Food was good. Colins - good. Reef - good (good variety each day as you eat here the most.) Sizzle steak house - great! Drinks were good. I appreciate the real drinks not being watered down. Room was great, had an Amazing view. Very happy about that. We had a family suite ocean view. Highly recommended. Nightly entertainment was good. Some great singers and the 2 fire guys get top marks! The minor negatives I will say are in an All inclusive the Umi and Sizzle restaruants being restricted is a negative, but with how good the Sizzle was I can forgive this. I really wish I could have experienced the Umni but it would have cost extra. It would be nice to have a hot tub on site. You need to add a 2nd bartender to the swim up bar when it gets busy. The one other negative would be to try to clean up the seaweed more often.
