Such a great experience! It is a little far from town, but the gorgeous sunrise made it completely worth it. The entire bar staff was absolutely incredible so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend!

It was a great stay, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The drinks were good and the spa 100/100 . I just wished they would clean the beach. Anyone who comes in the Caribbean wants to enjoy the beach.

The property is very quiet. It was just me and my wife. Not a real party resort. Good music by the pool by building 5. The food was by far the best I've had in all the resorts I have been to. I've been to cancun punta cana st martin Jamaica and the food here was superb. The sushi at the Izakaya was amazing. The steak at the castle view was beyond tasty. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Always friendly always ready to make sure you are comfortable.

The staff was tremendous, easy to work with and constantly seeking to make sure you were having a fabulous stay. The manager Vanessa and staff representative Tyrone really took my wife birthday celebration to the next level, we loved it. Thank you guys so much. The resort might be off to it self, but its really what you want, being able to venture out to various different locations daily. The shuttle to the beach and shopping areas was easy to access both ways. Go out to this resort, and make sure to hang out with the Burnt Cask staff for loads of evening fun....

Our toilet area smelt like backed up sewage. The food at the restaurants never tasted fresh other than breakfast at the omelette bar. I liked the room and the view. First all inclusive resort I’ve been to where there’s a $25 charge for room service. That was disappointing

Beautiful hotel. Staff was nice but it was not the friendliest experience compared to other all-inclusives. There were no shows and not the best location for beaches and nightlife. I would have expected the hotel to be cleaner but the room was really nice. Also our toilet seat was broken and one of the elevators did not work well. The hotel is nice if you’re only looking to relax. If you are looking for an energetic upbeat atmosphere I would not recommend.
