I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly, every meal and drink was good. The highlight was that my room was steps away from the beach and there was a beautiful ocean view. I would definitely return!

The location could not be better—centrally situated so everything is within easy reach, yet right on the water with direct access to both the pool and the beach. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible team. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our entire visit. A special highlight was the beachside restaurant: dining with your feet practically in the sand, enjoying amazing food, and receiving top-tier service made every meal unforgettable. The staff here is amazing! Very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast was tasty and the room was very clean. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the hotel is in St. Lawrence gap which is close to many restaurants, nightlife and events.

Hotel needs modern upgrades to rooms. The rooms are very outdated. The bedding needs to be washed and changed before every guest. Everything on the bed should be stripped not just the sheets. A microwave in the room or even bar/lobby area would be awesome accommodation for guest. Food was expensive at the onsite restaurant ($100 US for 1 person) but it is located right on the beach which was nice.

I enjoyed the design of the hotel and the placement of my room on the third floor. It had a breathtaking view of the beach and hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. The only thing I would recommend is lowering the volume of the live music. Whenever a band came it felt like they were playing on my porch. No one wants to hear the Rock and Roll version of lollipop by lil Wayne 😂 The breakfast is nice and lunch/dinner is mid. The beach is beautiful but be weary of strangers wandering around. The dude who plays the saxophone or something like that is fire.

It was much better looking in person. Our stay was very clean and staff including the chef to the bar tenders, to the host at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Location was great being in the middle of the mix. Pool is small but the main attraction is the beach where we could see the waves from our balcony and just steps away from the bar!

Hotel was pretty decent. Clean and maintained well. There was so much seaweed on the beach and in the water we could not swim there. That was a big bummer. We had to take the bus every day to go to Savy on the bay. That was our favorite spot. Food was delicious but very expensive. Bar area was very nice. Location was good. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool was so small that was a bummer too since we couldn’t swim in the sea would have been nice to use the pool. Hardly anyone was in it. Staff was absolutely fantastic. So helpful with everything we needed. Thank you Norissa for all your help.
