I like that its close to my regular places of choice when im on SPI

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

I don't recommend to stay here. Cockroach's in our room, some would wait until the door opened to get in. So we had to make sure to kill the ones that got inside. Restrooms aren't too clean, rust built on the outer part of the tub and around the circle area in the tub. Make sure to check the shower curtain, ours was stained. Room didn't have an iron, I asked for one but it was broken and water was coming out of it on the side as I ironed, I returned it and asked for another one but was told that was the only one they had. Breakfast: not a variety just cereal, and waffles. Waffles were good, the only bad thing is that each and everyone who wants waffles had to get in line including elderly people, there are no exceptions. There's a sign there, so it does take a while for you to get you waffles. Beds: we had 2 queens, they were some what comfortable. Beach access: about 7-10 min walk from hotel to beach which was nice. Staff: not too friendly nor engaged in helping Personally I will not be staying here again. Cleanliness is a very important part of staying at a hotel and It wasn't it for us here. Also was noisy during the night you can hear pretty much everything that goes on outside, neighbors upstairs were pretty loud as well in the middle of the night.

Overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the bar area was a nice place to relax. My only complaint is the parking. There wasn’t clear information about where guests were supposed to park, and unfortunately I ended up getting a parking ticket for parking in the wrong space. Better signage or clearer instructions at check-in would have made the experience perfect. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach

Nice clean room. Balcony secure amenities were awesome. Food was great
