“Unfortunately, I found a cockroach in my room during the night, first near my sandals and then in the bathroom. I took photos as evidence. In the morning, I found another one on the table near the entrance and recorded a video as well. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I was not able to rest peacefully. Finding multiple cockroaches in a hotel room is unacceptable. The property seriously needs better cleanliness and pest control.”
