Our vacation was great. The staff was very kind and could be found constantly cleaning the floors. The hallways and entry ways were always clean or being cleaned. Our room desperately needs updated. It was great they cleaned the room everyday but the room and bathroom still has areas that just need redone. Would I stay here again? Maybe. It served its purpose great and loved the location for being so close to the beach and away from the crazy downtown.

The location of the Sand Rose is wonderful! I liked being away from the bigger crowds! The staff was wonderful. The breakfast could use a little help with some fresh, more nutritious offerings, but the omelet choice was nice! The coffee was pretty bad...weak and no flavor. We had a consistent issue with the room keys not working. Hopefully, that will be rectified. The "partial ocean view" is very partial, but it wasn't awful. We enjoyed meeting a lot of "winter Texans" and plan to return!
