“Check in was really easy, guy on reception (over the road) explained everything to us and gave us our paperwork. We had a top floor room which was no problem as there was a lift. Room was really clean. The kitchenette was great (although we didn't use it) it had everything you could need. Mattress on the bed could do with being replaced as it wasn't the comfiest but still able to sleep decent. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again.”

“Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”

“bastante bien la verdad, muy nuevo y limpio.lo unico negativo es uqe hay algo e ruido en la plaza, sirenas y ambulancias pasano, esta bien insonoriado pero aun asi se escucha algo. Pero vamos que el hotel en general es estupendo, lo recomendaria sin duda alguna.”

“We were supposed to receive an email ahead of our arrival at the property, with check-in instructions. However, no such email was received. My wife and I arrived at the property at around 4p.m, after a long train journey from Thanet, but there was nobody there to greet us (as promised in the booking confirmation from Expedia). Nor was there an obvious front desk at the building. We tried several times to contact the property owner, but each time, the connection was cut-off after a few rings....
