The room was perfect and cosy. The breakfast included was great and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. My one request or point of improvement would be for their to be a smart TV in the rooms. Luckily we had a good film to watch but if one thing could be improved it would be that.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Mini break away for my mum and I as we were attending a concert in Manchester. This place is fabulous! Great location. The staff here are all brilliant and very welcoming. From the staff on front desk to the staff in the restaurant we want to say a massive thank you for how wonderful you all have been! Our room was excellent and the pool/ hot tub was such a treat. Unfortunately no steam room due to maintenance issue but it didn’t matter as the rest of the facilities were lovely ! 100% recommend :))

Lovely apartment, great location and spotlessly clean. Breakfast really let this place down. Breakfast service was poor. Allergy and meat protocol was not followed. Members of our party being served incorrect food. Very dangerous and staff didn’t seem to be bothered. If you stay skip breakfast.
