“This hotel is dated and old overall, it has a nice lobby but the rooms do not reflect this, it’s in a high crime and very unsafe area and I tried to cancel and be reimbursed but both management and IHG corporate and Expedia were no help over the course of 3 days . Expedia said I would have to get the refund from the hotel the hotel said the same thing about Expedia and ihg corp said that the front desk would have to approve it and the front desk refused and said I can forfeit my entire amount...
