We've stayed here many times. Always good service and comfortable rooms. We've not eaten on property as the one block walk to Cossetta has become a tradition for us, so I can't speak to that. The kids love the pool and the hot tub is relaxing! Always pleasant and helpful staff.

Location, location, location. Hotel was well maintained, staff helpful, rooms clean and very comfortable beds. Perfect for attending events at the Ordway Theater, a pleasant walk to nearby eateries and the theater. Right across the street is Zamboni’s and Athena Grand Casino arena.

Room was very dim even with all the lights on, and the toilet flush was broke otherwise good. Bed was comfortable. Super easy to get to the arena with it just accross the street. Bar on the other hand, was terrible service we were overcharged and the manager has not returned our call or rectafied the charge

I would love to give a great review, there were some great things. But for the price I paid im disappointed. My room had no clock. No information guide in the room. Parking is not free and charged on your incidentals. The fitness center is tiny for the amount of rooms in the hotel and weights were missing. No continental breakfast. No black out drapes, the sun comes through. Bed was super comfy. Love they have Dove products. Pool and hot tub were nice. Location great for exploring.

Clean rooms, clean lobby and easy access to Grand Casino Arena and many dining establishments. Loved that the parking garage was locked at all hours so you had to have a parking pass to get in.

Everything was OK for the price. I liked that the parking garage was very safe and didn't seem like people could get in there without a pass. The pool towels were out when we arrived, and we had to let the front staff in with our key. Even then, he only brought like 2 extras. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and I didn't have time to check all the other floors to get ice.

Listen…. Let me tell you about Stacy…. He immediately was friendly and so interested in our visit to Saint Paul. I can’t even express how much of a highlight the staff of this hotel became. Audrey- also very rad, loved my kids right off the bat. The overnight security guy asking questions about bagpipes, the morning desk lady- spectacular, so excited to celebrate when we got back. The maid staff- so kind and attentive- calling elevators, smiling broadly. What a stay!
