“They dont do ur room everyday and dont have standard information on how to request for it. One day they made the room late in the afternoon while requesting in the morning. Next day they didnt do it and said we have to give notice 24hrs in advance. Staff is not that friendly except for maybe one person. When you are paying a hotel you expect to receive all the services as you are paying full. Even a bottle of water cost but you dont get your room cleaned everyday and you have to remind them and...

“The bed was comfortable. My room was on the back of the building which shielded me from the traffic noise on the front of hotel. The hallway carpet was torn in a couple of places but it was clean. I always stay here when I’m in town. Love that East Side Marios restaurant is in the hotel. Very convenient and great restaurant. ”
