Beautiful historic building with convenient parking right in downtown. We loved the room, spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff friendly and front desk lady gave helpful directions to get to hotel as nearby streets were closed to traffic.

We had a wonderful stay at The Murray Premises Hotel in St. John's. The building is beautiful and full of character, and despite its age, everything was exceptionally clean. We didn't see a single bug during our stay, which was impressive for such a historic property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to great shops, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, though, the carpet in the room smelled strongly of old gym shoes. Time to refresh the flooring!

Beautiful heritage building, and our king room was fantastic. The staff was really helpful as we arrived very late after our flight got delayed several times in Halifax and didn't get info in St. John's until 1am. The lovely, sweet attendant even brought us ice as it was on the other side of the restaurant
