Very nice spot and convenient base to explore downtown St. Johns on foot or take short drives to all other local points of interest. The condo had everything you could need for a St. John’s vacation.

This was a winner! A lovely, clean, well furnished apartment with a kitchen that is well stocked. The shower was also great. The mattress was a little soft but actually still comfortable. The location is great and we had no difficulty getting to all the places we wanted to see. Easy walk to The Rooms and downtown earteries. Would highly recommend.

This property was stunning! The historic building and apartment that looks over the city and the bay was perfect for our trip. It’s so close to everything downtown. The place is very nice and comfortable and well equipped. And windows all over letting in the beautiful sun. There was just my mom and I staying there but it definitely can accommodate more. It must be an east coast thing because everywhere we went the floors were crooked so it’s something we had to get use to. And if you do not like stairs this place is on the third floor which you need to climb with you luggage so be warned as my mom had a bit of a hard time near the end of our stay. But even the stair way was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a very secure building. 10 out of 10!!!
