Location was fantastic as you can walk to tons of bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. Very nice lobby bar and coffee shop on site. Check in and out was very easy. Parking is only valet and was also quick.

We really enjoyed our stay. I'm over 60 and on vacation with my family. I loved the art on the walls, and the 19-year-old loved the vibe of the place. It feels a bit new, but the staff were delightful. We used the cafe and had breakfast one morning at Exile, which has the best sound system I've ever heard at a restaurant. The pool is great, and the rooms were spacious with wonderful views. We were really well looked after.

What a fantastic hotel. If you enjoy music this hotel is a must stay. The hotel is eclectic and tasteful. Our room was comfortable, we enjoyed the on site restaurants and visited the Mojo room for a drink later in the evening. The hotel is located in a great location which allows you to walk to many bars, restaurants, shops downtown. I would not hesitate staying here again.

We loved our three night stay at the Jag and found the hotel very unique and super cool. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in both restaurants and drinks in the lounge on the top floor, very nice surroundings. The pool, hot tub and sauna were also much appreciated on a rainy day. Jag is in a great location also, an easy walk to many bars, restaurants, shopping and sights. If you’re a music fan and want the best hotel in St. John’s with friendly staff then the Jag is for you.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We stayed in 6 hotels over a cross country trip and by far, we saved the best for last. The hotel staff, especially the staff who do valet parking, were exceptional. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel and my family really, really loved all the photos of rock stars. The chocolates on the bedside table were such a treat after a day of sightseeing. Smiles by staff were endless and after logging 2000 km, the Jag revived our smiles.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were clean and modern and hotel was walkable to sites downtown. No official parking but we were able to park overnight on the street without any problems. Lobby does not have coffee/water, but we were able to fill our water bottles in a sink behind the coffee shop.
