Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit dated and small, layout is awkward. The TV doesn't work well. For a 4* hotel, I expect better quality toilet paper (it's the lowest grade). Sink doesn't drain quickly.
I was stuck in Chicago due to flight cancellations so paid over $400 a night and it's surged pricing since all the airport hotels were out.
Location is really convenient though.

The bedding had make up on the pillowcase and the sofa has stains and the bedding/sheets/blanket had a smell
For the price of the stay I know that hotel can do better than that .
