I was fully aware we were visiting in an off season and were there to hike. We knew the water park was closed however; the hotel was very limited, the eatery was not open, the bar was not open and for breakfast was mediocre coffee.

Horrible customer service, disgusting amenities…spider webs on walls in the villa we spent over $800 for for 2 nights, pillows were pancakes, manager at front desk was rude! Will not be going back !

Racism at its finest! Staff sent the Mexican receptionist at the front desk to do all the dirty work. Very rude customer service horrible! Sun down town is what it felt like !! People of any color should not be out after the sun is down!! I would not send my dog to stay there 👎

This is our second time staying at grand bear. Staff was all very friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool area was clean with adequate towels. We will definitely be back again!

Stay was wonderful. Cabin was really spacious.. very quiet. Loved the nature look.very beautiful Kids had a nice plauground The whole family loved the waterpark. Very nice lobby. A few items nedded repair but it did not make a bad stay. And staff was really nice and the people staying were very nice.
