“Loved our stay and would definitely recommend”

“The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is being renovated. Do not stay at this hotel unless you are assured of a renovated room. We were told that all rooms should be renovated by 2031. A room with a view means you will look through the scaffolding to see the sea. Some of the staff were very helpful but the non-renovated room we had was extremely expensive and not good, plus the spider that sat on my shoe was enormous. “The decor of the hotel was dated and didn't reflect the details we saw when booking. The staff were pleasant when we saw someone. The location was good and easy to find our way around. Scratch card were available for parking for a reasonable cost.”

“We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings”

“The room was described as a “comfort room “ we loved it! It was surprisingly spacious enough, beautiful decor and soft furnishings. The bedding and towels quality were exceptional. Hospitality tray and outlook were lovely. If I had to give a small negative, there was a slight odour in the bathroom, from probably the cloths/ mops used to clean, a bit “ sweaty socks” type of odour which lingered. On another practical preference negative, the restaurant is beautiful, ambient and amazing service...

“Good breakfast and ok for a short stay”

“Lovely clean room, everything you could need. First night was lovely, second night, which I know the owners cannot do anything about, but 2 smokers booked in and because we were near the front door, we were disturbed every 30-45 mins with them going out for a cigarette and being outside talking at 6.30am Saturday morning. Apart from that would stay again”
