I stayed here 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room. It wasn't a big deal, until I realized someone stole my Airpods out of my backpack that was in the room. They are not very responsive in trying to get the issue resolved, but did admit a cleaning person took them home when I shared where they were located.

The front desk is always super welcoming and are eager to help in any way they can, the bar tender is super friendly and is more than willing to give his recommendations on food and drinks.

Check in was at 4. We had two rooms. At 4:30 we were still trying to check in. Very unhappy with our checkin. Manager said he would work on a discount and we're still waiting.

Staff was great and the hotel was extremely clean! I'd recommend to anyone.

I didn't have any major problems with my room I couldn't solve by going to speak to the front desk. But items such as: Not having a refrigerator, telephone not working were bit of an annoyance since those are some amenities that "should" be prepared upon check in. Whether or not "remodeling" was part of the problem ( as what I was told ), I just felt my room was a little unprepared, but nothing I couldn't work with. Overall, I'd give my experience about a 7/10.
