Get to the room and the floor was not vacuumed, cobwebs everywhere,discusting stuff in the tub drain, dirt an inch thick behind the nightstand. Toilet ran every 15 minutes all night and the curtains didn't close all the way. Beds were not pillow top mattresses they were old spring mattresses with a pillow top cover and bedspreads were stained. So much for premium pillows they flattened right out.
