“Great Hotel - we'd originally booked 10 years ago but had to cancel due to a complicated pregnancy. It was lovely to have finally made it!
Location was beautiful and the staff were supportive, kind, and friendly
Room was clean, lovely bathroom
Breakfast was the slight downfall - it was plentiful, do not get me wrong - just the quality was not to the level that you would expect from the Daffodil
Would we return - YES”

“Low Wood Bay Resort is a fantastic hotel in an absolutely beautiful location, surrounded with great activity options and great options of its own. “Great staff, great location and gardens.
Stains on carpets in several areas, breakfast buffet disappointing, decor needs freshening up.
Parking charge of £10 per night surprising and disappointing.”

“One of the few hotels in central Ambleside with lots of facilities which was a bonus. Although the sauna and steam room were a little chilly! Areas of the hotel were being upgraded with others still to do - bathrooms and main dining area.”
