“Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. “Heather is lovely. The room and bathroom was perfect... all I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and had a good night's sleep. The ferry is a good 15 to 20 minute walk away, so Portsmouth is only another five minutes on the ferry.”
