The rooms were really clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was fine but the hotel facilities such as the bar and restaurant were all crammed together in one space near the check in counter. It didn’t provide for a full hotel experience. The location was very good.

Hotel was beautiful, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Great location, easy to walk to most things. Amazing free breakfast in the morning, could not believe how many items were offered. By far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, and we stay in hotels a lot! Beds were comfortable, room was modern and clean. Excellent experience, would definitely stay here again!

There was some makeup on the sheets when we arrived. They did look like they were washed but they were definitely stained. (Not sure if they just rotated the sheets because the makeup was down toward the foot of the bed) I’ve stayed here before and the last room I was in was better maintained. The ceiling had damage in the bedroom and the entryway had a lot of dings and scuffs on the walls. It would have been nice to use the balcony as well, but the door is locked. Otherwise, good!

Beautiful, luxurious, and elegant is the vibe of this hotel. The customer service is exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, great restaurants inside and close by. The rooftop pool was gorgeous. Definitely will return.
