Overall, is a fairly good place to stay as it has a great location just off the highway and just outside of Orangeville. On a good weather day, you could potentially walk into the main part of Orangeville. It has a nice heated saltwater pool, although the hot tub chats were not working, which was a downside, while we were there. That being said, it was a nice pool area with lots of lighting and towels for use.
The breakfast/dining area was also nice and large and well-lit with a great balcony you could go out onto and a nice view. The food choices were repetitious however it would have been nice to mix it up from day to day. In particular, would’ve been nice to switch out the sausages for bacon and have a different style of egg preparation.
The room itself was cozy, although the layout was not really user-friendly, as there were no outlets by the bed to charge phones. The phone in the room also did not have a phone listing so I had to assume you had to press zero to get to the front desk. The kitchenette, the microwave and fridge were nice. Although the room was supplied with the appropriate number of towels, only one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner was supplied, and we had to call down to get more as there were three of us. The air conditioner was also a bit on the noisy side but since we are all good sleepers, it wasn’t too big a deal.
The staff were pleasant and very helpful when needed.
