The construction noise was quite intense, but the staff moved me to a room away from the noise without any fuss.

Very clean, very

Initially I as put in a room that was very dated and the wallpaper was peeling off in multiple places. Looked like it was a drug den from the ‘90’s. Then one day they were doing very loud construction in the hallway, so I asked if they could move my room. I was moved into a king suite that was fully updated and beautiful. Pay for the king suite if possible. Overall staff was great and helpful.

The hotel and staff are wonderful; the location is not the bed for families (homeless shelter next door)

I didn't make use of the hotel amenities much because I was just in town one night for business and a baseball game, but it's a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location just steps from Union Station. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great stay for a family with easy access to downtown sights.

There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady.
