Lovely friendly welcoming staff.thoroughly enjoyed stay.used the gym and pool.pool bar nice.bar staff great.first night needed unblocking of sink and staff were prompt to sort it out.bedsheet and towels got changed when asked or every 3 days. Would come back

Check in was easy, clean rooms and breakfast was good. The employees were very friendly and helpful

I’ve only stayed at this property for one night, but the rooms were very outdated and the property looks like it needs to be renovated. The staff was very understanding and helpful. First room we went in had a very strong odor and few roaches on the floor. The staff was helpful and accommodated us to a different room that ended up having what appeared to be some type of mini bugs on the bed we noticed after we kept scratching my girlfriend and I got bit a few times I really hope it wasn’t bedbugs. We told the staff they came. They checked the room and seen the bugs. They were very understanding and super helpful. They accommodated us to handicap room that was much better. The manager from there was kind enough and super helpful. He compensated the night and gave us a late checkout. I’m still waiting for Expedia to refund me. But all I can say is that the MANAGER Paul was extremely helpful and so was the staff.
