Staff was excellent. 2 bedroom Suite was super clean, kitchen was fully functional with all the necessary amenities. Weather did not cooperate, so we were not able to enjoy the many outdoor activities, but found local places to visit. Would definitely recommend this place and will return again.

The two bedrooms and two bathrooms is a great setup for families. The property offers lots of activities: tennis, putt- putt golf, gym and pool. The furnishings need updates especially the couch and chairs. You just sink in the cushions. The unit was well cleaned and kitchen was well equipped.

This place was clean and everything was there that we needed. The resort itself is beautiful with the pool and hot tub, game room, and other family friendly options. I felt safe allowing my teens to wander on their own. The drawback to this resort is you have literally nothing to do at night. You have to drive everywhere and St. Augustine is a 30 drive or Daytona 30 minutes the other way. I loved it for the relaxing atmosphere and for younger kids this place would be great! For the olders, I will wait until they can drive their own rental car

Very happy with this stay, I wish every hotel had grounds like this. There is a huge live oak on the grounds and a very nice looking swimming pool that we didn't use. Amazingly peaceful and we loved the screened porch and water features. Yes the inside is dated and shows its age a little, think Golden Girls era, but it was clean and spacious. All the amenities you need are provided, and there are walking trails and bike rentals. It's in a lovely little area with a lot of shaded paths. Overall this was one of my favorite stays. Would definitely return.

One of our favorite places to visit. But I am worried that this beautiful resort is failing. Staff was kind and gracious. But nothing done to fix maintenance issues. Nighty visits from raccoons in the room. No one showed to fix the hole in the ceiling that they were coming through. Dryer was a fire hazard. Reported but no one showed up to do anything about it. Still an active fire hazard when we left. It just needed someone to show up and disable the unit so it couldn’t be used. Never happened.

Easy check-in/out. The room was great. My children loved having a bedroom for themselves and a whole kitchen. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The mini-golf could really use some TLC but overall the property was beautiful. We try to stay somewhere new every year but the kids have already asked to return here every year instead.

The rooms were clean ,kitchen had all items and utensils you need to cook food. Staff were very helpful and kind. The only thing that we didn't like ,it was a smell in rooms ,smell of very old house and all furniture were outdated. But for Gateway the location, pool, and entertainment were Amazing.
