“The staff were exceptional! They had booked us an upstairs room, but due to my husbands health, that was not even an option, so the staff changed us to a downstairs room with no issues. It was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for the two of us.”

“The room and whole complex was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy. Only 1km to Royal North Shore hospital which was Brillant. $15 for a buffet breakfast with lots to chose from. Parking was 1st in best dressed but never had a problem getting a parking spot. Oh did i mention FREE parking. That is just unheard of. Couldn't fault a thing. We will return on my next hospital visit for sure!”

“Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. “hotel alejado pero correcto”

“The rooms were decently clean, although there was something left in the freezer, which was in a bag. Probably from the previous guest.. should’ve taken that out. But all in all was great. Staff super friendly especially Nicole, very accommodating, she checked us in. Breakfast was good but not excellent, our poached eggs were unfortunately overcooked, like boiled eggs… but staffs super nice and friendly. Service was excellent!”
