“Great location, front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room need some plumbing work which when pointed out was rectified quickly. Parking was affordable and was easy to access.”

“Had a wonderful 3 night stay in an ensuite room level 3. Staff members were super friendly and helpful. Very handy for public transport and close to some nice cafes and pubs. The building is old with a lot of character ( it’s worth noting that there is no lift and so make sure you pack light if you’re going to be on the 3rd floor. Definitely recommend and will be back 😊”

“The room was clean, and the linen and towels fresh and white. Bed was comfortable, but the settee and dining chairs were not. Good range of facilities, but I wouldn't say it is suitable for 4 people”

“Comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking and good access to transport into Melbourne.”

“The location was excellent, offering perfect access to the south. Galleries, museums, parks, and South Melbourne Market were all within walking distance. However, a downside was the Wi-Fi connection, which tended to be sluggish in the mornings and evenings.”
