Wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Melbourne! The location is great, right by Southern Cross Station though it was so walkable to other parts of the city that we did not need to use the train services at all. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having a 24/7 lobby was a big plus. Housekeeping came daily, and our room was spotless with great amenities. The pool was a lovely surprise, super nice and open for long hours. Would happily stay again.

6/10 Okay

The pros are: location, walkable distance to city centre, room was ok, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok too, but not great. Cons are: we stayed at room 810 and we could hear every train passing by, very loud noise, and apparently staff said that we should've asked for a quiet room on the arrival, also the water in the shower was not hot enough.
