This hotel has been beautifully renovated and my room was clean and exceptionally comfortable to stay in. I was so impressed by all of the thoughtful details that went into the design of my room and the hotel overall. The staff were also lovely and kind, and the hotel was very conveniently located. I will 1000% be returning to this hotel the next time I'm in Melbourne!

Newly renovated, even had the plastic striping on the tv from the packaging! Everything feels fresh and new, including bed linen, towels etc. The location is great as it is around the corner from Bourke Street mall, but the rooms are very quiet, you can hardly hear any outside noise. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again so highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel will becoming my new go-to for melbourne stays. Brand new and really lovely fit out. The rooms were properly dark (which I know is important to some) and spacious for the price point. Best hotel I've stayed at in Melbourne by a long way. As other reviewers noted, the breakfast buffet was great and definitely worth including in your stay. The only thing I would warn about is that the noise from the corridors was particularly noticeable, the doors to the rooms weren't soft close so there was a lot of slamming when other guests came to their rooms + kids running in the corridors. The latter is obviously not in control of the hotel but was a bit frustrating.

Solicité un pastel sorpresa para mi esposa para la mañana siguiente a nuestro segundo día de alojamiento. La recepción me dijo que no era posible, enseguida acudí a cocina y el personal me apoyó y cobró el servicio. Sin embargo, el pastel no llegó y en recepción no sabían nada al respecto (hasta que llamé y expliqué la situación). La falta de comunicación y atención fue decepcionante por parte del front desk.
