“I understand the self check in and I love it's easy and efficient. I couldn't get to the motel before 6pm when reception closes. I rang to get the code etc and no one answered. I had to wait 20 minutes. It's not a big deal but maybe ask for an expected arrival time or if someone hasn't checked in by 6pm txt them the code and room number.”

“Very spacious apartment with large bathroom and living room and nice view. Good location, walkable to evewhere in the CBD. Check-in was challenging if you come after 6pm and reception has closed for the day. Make sure ti do the on line Check-in to receive your room number and key code. We didn't know this.
