Amazing staff, great location, spotless room. Loved it, thank you!

clean, fireplace, air and extra heater if needed. Living room with fireplace available.

Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast and happy hour.

All Season at Ft Marcy is an excellent stay and very efficient ..

Arrived late. Staff offered to have a Caesar salad waiting for me in the fridge. And it was complimentary. Also brought me a pot of tea and cookies. All complimentary. Lovely room but chilly. They had the fireplace on before I came. Also, several snacks were in the room were, without charge, and they told me to take them home if I didn’t use them. Also, daily water - no charge. Restaurant food was very good with a nice variety. I only had breakfast there. Also, they will drive you anywhere, also complimentary. They picked me up at a store, drive me to UPS and waited for me and drove me to another store. Outstanding property and service. Location is in the middle of everything.

Not the fault of our stay; we arrived in pouring rain late at night, and the gate staff helped us get situated

Sara at front desk and Sara the general manager were terrific. Steven and the other front desk person not so much. Our room’s heat did not work and Steven was not helpful and basically said we were out of luck. GM moved us the next day after work in our initial room took most of day. Heat did not work on that room but temp stayed comfortable since we were on a higher floor. Overall impressed with the service received from two Sara’s, and the property was otherwise well maintained and super convenient to venues we needed.
