Clean room and communal areas. Cute hotel to stay at and nearby downtown!

TV was unplugged, had to crawl under the cabinet to replug. Floor was dusty/dirty. Room was dusty all over. Check in was very nice, other staff were not always friendly. Way overpriced. Some valet personnel were nice and friendly, others weren’t.

Property and experience are really great. Staff is a bit detached but overall helpful enough. Great room. Great location near a lot of really prime Albuquerque destinations. I’ve bashed this hotel before in the past but I have it another chance. My first experience was stunning on how rude the staff was. Thought I was in Vegas for a minute. But the place is too special not to try again. I did. I’m glad I did. Only downside is the area is replete with a major homelessness / drug addicted population that can be aggressive at times. Both stays I felt lucky when I woke up and my car hadn’t been stolen. Building a fence around the place would be the only fix I think would work. They have hired security. That’s fine and all. But a fence would be better. Would I stay there again ? Yes Would I might sure my theft policy on my car insurance is up to date ? Yes.
