Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was clean and efficient.

My hubby and I had an absolutely wonderful time for our 17th Anniversary. Beautiful hotel and room. LVL 5 Rooftop restaurant was perfect for our Anniversary dinner and the food was impeccable. We loved that the Sawmill Market was right across the street. Staff was top tier - from our arrival to departure. Valet was our first contact and so very personable and helpful with our luggage, opening doors, etc… I am a hotel snob and would definitely book again and recommend. Our first impression was our best impression and it was consistent through our stay. Thank you!

Great room. Slept well! Enjoyed watching the balloons from our room.

Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment. The room was large but there was no luggage rack and little closest space. The worst part was the bath and shower was peeling and very old. There was no tub mat so we used extra towels to line the tub so we wouldn’t have to step on the peeling surface. We were told all the rooms bath/shower were the same. This is unacceptable and false advertising on the part of the hotel. We realize the Balloon Fiesta increased the room prices but there should be a refund or discount for our stay. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Room was clean. Hair dryer didn’t work. Bed was comfy. Bathroom needs a lot work. Paint chipping. Fun comedy night . Parking is atrocious. We paid a lot per night and sometimes we had to park on the street. Some good. Some bad. But would not stay here again. Too expensive for the lack of amenities.

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. All food was good.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service
