The hallways smell musty. My sister and I had a skin allergy reaction to th BLACK MOLD IN HALLWAYS. You can see water damage repair in room and hallway. Also AC and bathroom fans full of lint Will not go there again

Great room. Slept well! Enjoyed watching the balloons from our room.

Room was clean. Hair dryer didn’t work. Bed was comfy. Bathroom needs a lot work. Paint chipping. Fun comedy night . Parking is atrocious. We paid a lot per night and sometimes we had to park on the street. Some good. Some bad. But would not stay here again. Too expensive for the lack of amenities.

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. All food was good.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service
