Helpful staff and clean room.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to street level shops and restaurants, as well as the Riverwalk. Our only issues were a couple of minor maintenance and signage concerns. The phone in our room wasn’t working, and after a technician came by, we were advised that the outlet in the room was not functioning. Additionally, the main entrance could use clearer signage directing guests to the registration desk, which is located on the second floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service and convenient location.

Clean rooms reasonable rates

The “restaurant” amenities are terrible! Ate breakfast became very ill! Construction and landscaping are done early morning so don’t plan on sleeping in! Other than that it’s a very beautiful resort with comfort beds!

The room itself was very nice. The housekeeper was terrible! There were no washcloths or towels, had to go to front desk every day (3 days straight) to get those, told us they had a shortage of washcloths. I had gotten clothes from housekeeping in the hall one morning so thought we were good that day but when they came in to clean she picked up all towels, used and the ones I had just gotten so had to go back to desk that night, it was crazy. How does a hotel get to where they have no washcloths. There was no coffee, only decaf and no hand soap by the sink. Lots of hotels in this area, would not stay here again!!
