“The property itself is very nice. The room was clean and nicely set up. However, the owners could be more helpful. I arrived at 2:15 pm, exhausted, after 37 hours of traveling. I asked if it was possible that our room was available. I was told in no uncertain terms that check in was not until 4 pm. I then advised the owner of my exhaustion and asked if we could wait on the loungers by the pool, which were completely empty. I was then told that there would be a 20 Euro fee for this. I...
