Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were both of a good size. Very modern facilities. It is close enough to the train station to walk, but further from the hub of the centre of Bordeaux. However, there is a bus station right outside the hotel's doors and gets you to the centre easily.

The staff was helpful. They offer a breakfast buffet for $22 and an express breakfast for $8 (includes coffee, juice, croissant, and sweet croissant). The laundry facilities are available. You just need to download an app and can pay for it with a card. There are bus stops very near the hotel, and there is a food court (Boka food court) and other restaurants very near the hotel as well. The hotel restaurant is open every day for breakfast and weekday for lunch and dinner. There is a walking path along the river that goes to Place de la Bourse which is a 40 minute walk.

Loved location and new, fresh building. Room was standard hotel but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to train station but with view of the river. Wanted a North American style property to recover from overnight flight and long train ride from Paris before embarking on French holiday. This hotel met all my needs. Delicious buffet breakfast at extra cost with numerous hot and cold selections, fruit and pastries as well as a waffle station.

Our family of four traveled to Bordeaux at the end of July this year. I booked the hotel due to proximity to Gare de Bordeaux-Saint-Jean railway station and relatively to the city center without knowing much about the property. We found a welcoming place with a warm hotel receptionist and immediately feet comfortable and welcomed. We stayed in a room with a bedroom and a loft. It was spotless, nicely arranged with modern furniture, bright, and carried a fresh, pleasant scent. The view over the Garonne River and part of the city center was a highlight. The staff were attentive without ever being intrusive. The bathroom was exceptionally neat, truly the standout feature of the room. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise: rich, varied, and delicious. Walking to downtown was easy and safe, just 1.3–1.5 km along the Garonne riverside pathway. The only thing that would’ve made it even better was having a pool. We had a very enjoyable stay and will happily return. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts, greetings from Alberta, Canada.

Relatively a new facility, with a good location over-looking the river, very close to the train station, easy access to city center by Uber/taxi, tram, or by walking. Gym has good equipment, but limited. Staff very helpful. Restaurant is good, and also able to get refreshments, snacks etc for your room. AC was not as effective as needed for 100 degree heat wave. Rooms are a good size for EU standards with a good bathroom and closet space. Two small elevators, with one not working for 5 days was not helpful. Would stay again, as they are rebuilding the entire area near the hotel.
