Hotel ya viejo con instalaciones que notan ya deterioro

Es un hotel muy bonito, todo limpio y ordenado. Tiene un concepto muy padre. La habitación tiene lo indispensable pero hay una sala de estudio o hasta de plática de negocios. Una cocina comunitaria, bien armada. Y un jardín/terraza agradable. Muy cerca hay un super para alimentos y comida. Caminando a máximo 30 minutos están los lugares de interés de conocer. Puedes usar Uber o autobús pero es mejor caminar por Quebec.

Unfortunately when we showed up for check in there was no electricity anywhere on the premises, and when we were given the key to our condo, the cleaning team had barely started. They politely asked we come back in an hour to settle in. Condo is well thought out, with a room and bathroom on each side, and the kitchen and living room in the middle. Each side having a balcony also. It would be great for two couples sharing or a family of 5 like us where not everyone needs to go to bed at the same time. Outdoor pools are diverse in heating and placement so not everyone is in one large pool, which is nice. The water slides and games are fun too. Kids loved that part! The indoor arcades were mostly out of order and the large indoor pool area was very dirty and not maintained (broken tiles, unearthed synthetic plants, filthy floor to ceiling windows) which was a bummer for the rainy days. I am not one to make unpleasant comments unless it is very bad and that part was, unfortunately. It is well situated and has a lot of potential, but there needs to be more maintenance done to what doesn’t work, and a lot more cleaning to be a more welcoming environment.

Un endroit à éviter. Prix exorbitant pour le service reçu. L’auberge est annexée à un restaurant avec un personnel insultant et arrogant. Aucun moyen de pouvoir manger sans réservation. Aucun service aux chambre. Au mieux, on vous balancera « T’as juste à manger un hamburger plus loin ». Vous voyez le genre de courtoisie. Détestable et ça ne s’arrête pas là. On vous vendra qu’il y a une terrasse avec vue sur l’eau. C’est vrai, à travers les champs et les arbres à des kilomètres de l’auberge. Oubliez le côté « vue sur la mer ». Il y a un espace à déjeuner, avec grille pain, mais aucune nourriture à part des muffins chimiques dans le frigo de la chambre. C’est également un endroit bruyant, difficile de se coucher tôt, oubliez ça. Il y a une climatisation, mais aucun moyen de régler la température de la chambre. En guise de remerciements à votre départ, vous n’aurez absolument personne à la réception. Seul point positif, la personne lors de notre arrivée était très sympathique, mais bon, ça pèse très peu dans la balance.
