“Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early. The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city. Happy to recommend.”

“Excellent location, easy check in and out. Parking not available at property but plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk although quite expensive. Had an awful sleep as bin trucks woke the whole house at 5am due to a window that we couldnt close due to being too high up. Place overall clean but did have dirty toilet brushes, dirty windows and needs a fresh lick of paint. But bedding, Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Some mattresses ok others sunken im and uncomfortable. “Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise. Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...

“Kettle unusable it was in such a disgusting state, wasn't thoroughly cleaned first impression stinker of cigarette smoke. It's give shoob for the teens cause everything was just poor quality. Bed sunk in No broom or vacuum, things you need to maintain a flat was missing. We had left some personal items and the communication around finding them was awful. I would never pay this rate for this place it has potential put currently the condition of a well used student flat. Would stay...

“Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...

“The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. I will say it is in great location tho”
