Here is perfect for the Beatles tribute bands at International Beatle Week. It's very convenient to go to the concert places like Cavern Club. The laundry machine is very nice. I did wash the cloths every day. There are many super markets around the hotel. I could buy many kinds of food there.The kitchen is neat and clean. The bath room is nice also. The security system works well.

Super location in the heart of Liverpool! Management was super attentive. Weather was quite hot, so they delivered a fan immediately; elevator wasn't working and that was also fixed immediately! Amenities were quite bare bones.

The apartment was spotless. We were on the 4th floor which had clearly had leaks previously so the ceiling wasn’t the nicest but apart from that it was perfect

Good….but not excellent.

What a wonderfully placed apartment! Right in the heart of town, with everything I needed right on the doorstep. As I’m from Liverpool I knew that I wanted to spend some time in the city and it was important that the apartment position was right. The problem with that, of course, is the noise. Lots of it too. From sirens, to fights, to bottled smashing, etc. The other issue that that the rooms aren’t air-conditioned and therefore get very warm. The windows don’t open particularly well so it difficult to ventilate the room. It’s a beautiful apartment, but it’s certainly not perfect.

Amazing value, Central but noisy.

The booking service was amazing and staff helped sort out the parking. The property is located in the most amazing place for a visit to Liverpool and was well furnished and equipped with all the amenities (including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer etc) needed for a stay. However, it is situated in a very busy street and the noise through the night of bins being emptied and garbage trucks is very audible in the bedroom. Saying that, I would not hesitate in booking again, but this time I’d take a sleep mask and some ear plugs. Overall this was amazing value for money!

We stayed two nights , it was very clean and everything supplied that you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance around town . Only thing was the parking very hard to get .

Comfortable apartment spoilt by defective blinds

Really enjoyed the apartment (117). Only problem was the blinds in the bedroom. Operated by remote control, but 2 of the blinds went in opposite directions - so when 1 closed the other opened. So we didn't have all the blinds closed which meant that light came into he bedroom from 1st light interrupting our sleep. We did report whetn we arrived. Max was very good and came straight around to have a look. Said someone would come and block out the offending window so we didn't get interrupted sleep. This didn't happen, so we're not very happy with that.

Quality and convenience

42 Castle Street is very conveniently located and nicely appointed. The bed was large and comfy, and the furniture in the living area was very high quality. The WiFi was quick too. Apart from a slightly wobbly tap in the bathroom, it was ideal.
