“人が足りないのは理解できても、出迎えなし、荷物も自分でカートで運ぶは、いいとしても何より驚いたのは、チェックインが3時過ぎと早いにも関わらず部屋の机が脇に寄せられ布団がすで敷いてあったこと！
本当にがっかりした。
期待のお風呂もお湯はよいとして竹の植え込みも整えられていず、草がだらしなく生えていて、雨に濡れた地面の汚ならしさが目立った。
草も自然っぽく整えられているならいいが、だらしない感じがした。キツイいい方で悪いが、以前の宿泊を思うと期待を裏切られ残念。”

“An amazing stay in Yunokawa Onsen. Staff were so polite and helpful. We came earlier than the check-in time, but we were able to leave our luggage to explore the city. Parking is available off to the west side of the hotel towards the beach. We had a traditional Japanese style room with tatami mats, and the staff will make your bed for you usually around 7pm; if you don’t want them to come into your room, remember to leave the magnet “do not disturb” sign outside the door.
